A Master Member Rebate Program allows groupings to Member Rebate Programs, so that certain common properties can be easier managed.
In example: Under the UNIPCO master member rebate program, it groups together the following individual rebate programs: UNIPCO-NB, UNIPCO-NS, UNIPCO-PE, UNIPCO-QC, UNIPCO-ONT.

Master Member Rebate Program List
▪To create a new Rebate Program Master, click on the New
button.
•To open a Rebate Program Master record double click the Rebate Program Master record and the Rebate Program Master profile will be displayed. Once the Rebate Program Master profile is open the user can edit the information it contains.

Information Fields Definitions
•Rebate Program Master: Enter the name of the rebate program master
•Status: Select the status of the rebate program master. It can either be Active or Non-Active.
•Allow Member Rebate Distribution Exceptions: This is to signal that a more member specific rebate distribution(between the member, Unipco and Greenbridge) is allowed.
•Requires a MDR (Sales Rep.) Assigned to a Member: If a checkmark is present, it indicates that a MDR (Sales rep.) is required to be assigned to a member under the rebate program.
•Default Rebate Ratios:
oList to manage the Rebate distribution ratios: Helps to manage the rebate distribution ratios, by using effective and expiry dates. There should only be one distribution ratios profile active at a time. If no entries are present for a certain period, it is assumed that the rebate is 100% for the member.
oAssociated Member Rebate Programs: List of Member Rebate Programs that are associated with the current Rebate Program Master record.
•Member Rebate Invoice Ratios: Management of the ratios to split the member'ss rebate amount into two separate invoices, i.e.: one invoice for immediate payment and another invoice for an amount that will be held by Unipco. If no entries are present for a certain period, it is assumed that the rebate is 100% for the member.
